The 3M MCS Warranty covers 3M Graphic Products and MCS Warranty Inks used in Finished Graphics produced and installed using the approved combinations of 3M Graphics Products, MCS Warranty Inks, Printers, Exposures, and Applications from the date of manufacture through the warranty period specified in the Warranty Matrices. 

Overview

At TORCSIGNS, we proudly stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every sign, banner, and graphic we produce. Because every product is custom-made to your exact specifications, all sales are final once production has started. Please review all details carefully—including design, size, color, text, and spelling—before giving your final proof approval.

1. Custom & Personalized Items

Due to the personalized nature of custom signage, we do not accept returns, issue refunds, or offer exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect color choices (if matching the approved proof), or typos approved by the customer.

Proof Approvals: Please ensure your digital proof is thoroughly checked. Once you approve the artwork, your sign goes into production, and the sale is final.

Color Variations: Minor differences in color, brightness, or finish may occur due to variations in monitor displays, lighting, and printing materials. These are not classified as faults and do not qualify for a return or reprint.

2. Damages, Defects & Transit Issues

We take responsibility for any manufacturing defects or damage that occurs while your order is in transit.

Inspection: Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Reporting Timeframe: You must notify us within 5 business days of receiving your order if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect.

How to Claim: Email us at torcsigns@gmail.com with your Order Number and clear, well-lit photos showing the damage or defect (including the shipping packaging).

Resolution: If your claim is approved, we will gladly reprint and ship the affected items at no additional cost.

3. Cancellations

Because custom work begins quickly, order cancellations are only permitted 24 hours of placing your order and prior to your design being approved. If you cancel before production begins, a 10% administrative or design fee may be deducted from your refund. Orders cannot be canceled once they are in production.
